In order to receive your loan you must agree to the Borrower Platform Agreement,  Privacy Policy,  Electronic Communications Policy and Credit Report and Information Verification Consent, and a Mission City Federal Credit Union Promissory Note & Membership Agreement Form. You should read all of these agreements and policies carefully as they include important information relating to your loan from Mission City Federal Credit Union. 

In order to accept your loan, you must review and sign the Truth in Lending Disclosure and Mission City Federal Credit Union Promissory Note and Membership Form(s).  Additionally, you should review the website Terms of Use prior to use of the site.
